April 17 – Automation Alley to Hold “Healthy Habits for Managing Workplace Stress” Workshop

Automation Alley and St. Joseph Mercy Oakland will hold a seminar on April 17 called “Healthy Habits for Managing Workplace Stress.” This event will be held at Automation Alley’s Troy office (2675 Bellingham, Troy, MI 48083) from 8:30 AM to 1 PM. The workshop will begin with a light breakfast and free screenings for blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol. A range of speakers will then discuss strategies to help professionals learn healthy workplace habits for their body and mind. Some of the speakers will include Tom Rifai, MD, who will speak on Nutritional and Metabolic Health, Ramesh Madhavan, MD, DM, who will discuss The Relationship Between Stress and Heart Disease, Donald Deering PhD who will talk about Managing Stress and Depression, and several more. This event is free to attend, but advanced registration is required.
