Effortless Scheduling with X.ai

X.ai is an artificial intelligence driven assistant that schedules meetings. This assistant has the option for two names, Amy or Andrew. To utilize this tool simply cc: amy@x.ai or andrew@x.ai on emails. There is no download, password, or sign-in needed.

X.ai handles the communication process for setting up meetings. Users can set availability for certain dates, times, and preferences for meeting locations. X.ai will consider these factors and the availability of the other party involved. This technology is currently in a trial phase and is continuously being improved.

This process sets up a meeting in 4 easy steps:

A meeting request is made from another party
You reply and cc. Amy or Andrew on the communication
X.ai emails with the other individual to coordinate details
X.ai sends the meeting invite to both parties (pictured below)
