Patient safety is a matter of life and death for everyone. The easier it is to improve patient safety culture, the better off we all are.

In 2019, the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) released a new version of the SOPS survey that helps hospitals assess their patient safety culture.

To help healthcare professionals navigate the change, Beterra, a global patient safety and quality improvement consulting firm, worked with us to develop an infographic guide that highlights the differences between the surveys.
