eMedApps is an Illinois-based healthcare technology products and services company. They are one of the largest NextGen EHR consulting partners. Their integration, business continuity, and professional services solutions facilitate EHR transitions and deliver interoperability within and across healthcare enterprises and HIEs.
A marketing strategy that aimed high
We developed eMedApps’ first annual strategic marketing plan and marketing budget based on a deep understanding of their offerings and a set of clearly-defined business and marketing goals.
Our plan revolutionized the way eMedApps approached marketing and lead generation. We helped them prioritize the events, channels, and campaigns to fill their funnel with qualified leads. In parallel, our team crafted messaging to speak to more effectively engage eMedApps’ target customers.
Creating a new identity
eMedApps needed an identity overhaul to match the sophistication of its health tech solutions and make their offerings easier to understand. Our team created an identity package using distinct colors, created new platform and product names, and built a website optimized for organic search engine rankings.
Within one week of launching eMedApps’ new website, the company ranked on page 1 of the organic search results for dozens of their top search terms.
Unprecedented trade show success
With a short time frame to prepare eMedApps for their biggest trade show of the year, Clarity Quest designed a 20’x20’ booth, created booth draw advertisements, and crafted a targeted email marketing campaign for the NextGen User Group Meeting in Las Vegas.
