Clarity Quest strategically reorganizes to better serve clients and support growth goals

Thanks to triple-digital growth over the past 18 months, we’re reorganizing our team so we can continue to provide best-in-class service. This management change will also allow leadership to focus on growing the new Clarity Academy training center.

Brian Shilling has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Client Operations where he leads all efforts related to internal and external operations. He will continue to be the Account Director on existing accounts he manages.

Marla Sokolowski has been promoted to Sr. Director of Marketing Systems and oversees the digital marketing systems team. She will continue to be the Account Director on existing accounts.

Melanie Hilliard, David Gomez, and Lindsay Groth now have titles of Account Director. 

In addition to leading key accounts, Melanie now manages our content team and Lindsay assists with new business development.
