Key Biologics has completed its merger with Astarte Biologics to create the leading provider of human immune cells, blood products, and related services to the biopharmaceutical industry. As part of the merger, the new entity also received an investment from Ampersand Capital Partners to continue expanding the company in the rapidly-evolving cell and gene therapy markets.
Seattle-based Astarte Biologics has been a Clarity Quest Marketing client since 2015. During that time, the company experienced explosive growth bolstered by new product introductions, pharmaceutical research industry growth, and investment in aggressive digital marketing programs.
As Astarte’s outsource marketing department, Clarity Quest oversees marketing strategy, branding, digital marketing, website and inventory management systems development, lead generation, account-based marketing and more. Clarity Quest will continue to provide marketing and development services through the transition process.
