March 13 – Ann Arbor SPARK continues with their monthly roundtable discussion series on the customer experience on Tuesday, March 13 from 5-7PM at SPARK Central (330 East Liberty, Lower Level, Ann Arbor MI 48104). This series will feature a panel of customer experience experts who will give advice on how to improve customer service operations and build customer loyalty. Understanding customers is the key to building a successful strategic marketing campaign and a profitable business. Panelists at the event include Cynthia Zimber, the VP Business Development at TecEd, Inc, Marilyn Shuttle, the CEO of Shuttle Enterprises LLC, and Lori Jo Vest, VP/Sales and Marketing at TVS Communications Solutions.  Dee Davey, B2B Marketing and Product Management at Creative Ideas Marketing will moderate the event.
