Post-Webinar Success

By September 17, 2015No Comments

Webinars are often a big investment of time and money for your company, so you want to make the most of your webinar experience. Check out our previous posts for tips on webinar promotion and webinar benchmarks.

Post-webinar success actually starts during the live event! Webinar audiences often engage in polling questions and Q&A sessions. 17% of attendees download additional content from the webinar host. Most webinar platforms have a space for you to promote your white papers, case studies, videos, or important links. You can also offer additional content in your follow-up email to webinar registrants and attendees.

Offering on-demand access to your webinar after the live event is essential to getting the most out of your promotional efforts. With 43% of webinar registrants viewing the event on-demand at a later time, you will capture a much larger audience if you simply make the event available on your website or YouTube account. Promote the on-demand link in post-webinar emails, on your blog, and on social media accounts. Even those who attended the live webinar are often interested in the recording so they can reference the information and spend more time with your presentation.
